The present application is for condonation of delay of 552 days in preferring appeal against the judgement and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.156/2009, whereby the conviction has been recorded.
Considering the facts and circumstances and in view the grounds stated in the application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, delay deserves to be condoned and, therefore, condoned.
The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
