Pursuant to the order dated 19.07.2021 instructions have come and same are taken on record.
According to the said instructions, the representation of the petitioner and application forwarded by the institution has been decided by the respondent on 06.03.2021 and intimation has already been sent to the institution from where petitioner had passed his high-school and intermediate examinations.
In view of the above, writ petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed, accordingly. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondents.
