THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Both the sides having argued the matter for some time are broadly in agreement with the suggestion of this court that the petitioner shall furnish all necessary particulars as is required of him under the order in question within a period of 10 days failing which the impugned order of arrest and detention shall stand revived.
Ordered accordingly.
It is made clear that notwithstanding the vacation, the compliance should be reported to the Registry of the Court below and also the copies of the particulars shall be served on the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-decree holder as well, within the said period.
It is needless to mention that the said arrest warrant shall not be given effect to, subject to what is stated above.
Writ Petition is disposed off, accordingly.
