Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Subhra Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
With regard to his grievance relating to illegal interference by respondent nos. 6 to 9 and non-cooperation of the district police officials by misrepresenting and twisting the facts, the petitioner may approach the Principal Secretary (Home) by way of detailed representation annexing all such material as may be available with him in support of his claim alongwith certified copy of this order, whereupon respondent no. 1, the Principal Secretary (Home) would take an appropriate decision after getting enquiry conducted and the facts verified, as may be claimed by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of such representation.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
