Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Adarsh Bhusan, learned counsel for the respondents.
Sri Adarsh Bhusan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has raised a preliminary objection that under Regulation 69(a) of Uttar Pradesh Road Transport Corporation Employees (other than officers) Service Regulation, 1981 (hereinafter referred to as Regulation, 1981). Petitioner has alternative remedy to file an appeal against the orders dated 04.07.2017 and 28.05.2018 and petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy with liberty to petitioner to approach the authorities as provided in Regulation 69(a) of Regulation, 1981, if so advised.
