Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Sri A.K. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent-Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Allahabad, on instructions, submits that petitioner has been allotted an alternative accommodation being Staff Quarter No. R-04, R.A. Bazar, New Cantt, Allahabad, on administrative ground.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the condition of the quarter allotted to the petitioner is not liveable.
Be that as it may, this Court would not enter into the controversy being disputed question of facts. In case, petitioner is aggrieved, it will be open to the petitioner to represent the matter before the competent authority. In case, such a representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, writ petition is finally disposed of.
It is made clear that the Court has not considered the claim and contention of the petitioner on merit.
