JUDGMENT / ORDER

The respondent had filed affidavit enumerating that, on consideration of Ext.P8 representation the petitioners 1, 2 and 4 were found eligible for regularisation and for disbursal of the arrears of salary. Accordingly the same was paid on 30/08/2014. With regard to the 3rd petitioner, it is stated that he was requested to submit necessary documents pertaining to his resignation, in order to quantify the arrears. It is assured that the respondent will take necessary steps to comply with the direction as far as the 3rd petitioner is concerned, immediately on receipt of the necessary documents. 2. In view of the undertaking made as above, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further proceedings in this contempt of court case is warranted. Accordingly, the contempt of court case is hereby closed.
3. However it is made clear that if there exists any Cont.Case (C)No.804 of 2014 2 further grievance regarding non compliance of the direction, the petitioners will be at liberty to approach this Court in appropriate steps.
