JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 13/10/2014, the documents had been handed over by the petitioner to the 1st respondent and the same have already been given by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent.
3. Petitioner has come up praying for a direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family by interfering with Ext.P1 agreement to compel the petitioner to go back from his decision to marry the daughter of the 2nd respondent.
3. From the facts brought on record, it appears that Rekha C. Unnithan is now living with her parents. Under these circumstances, we do not think that this is a case in which there is any police harassment.
This writ petition is closed.
