JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicants contended that the applicant applied for Kishan Credit Card in Punjab National Bank.Subsequently, he came to know that it was issued for a Rs. One Lac by manipulating in the record and application of the applicant. On two different dated, the applicant withdrew only Rs. 20,000/- . When applicant came to know regarding the aforesaid forgery, a civil suit was filed against the bank to the effect that by blazing forged papers, the application for Kishan Credit Card was considered. Prayer for bail of co-accused Vijay Kumar Upadhyay was allowed by another Bench of this Court in Cri. Misc. No. 19869 of 2009 on 31.7.2009. In the present case applicant is in jail since 20.5.2010.
In view of the aforesaid fact without expressing any opinion on merit, let the applicant Ajimullah @ Ajimulla be released on bail, in Case Crime No. 483 of 2007 under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 206 IPC, P.S.Jogaiya Udayapur, District Siddharth Nagar on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
