JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in this petition is for transfer of O.S.No.3/2012 pending before the Additional District Court, North Paravur to First Additional District Court, Ernakulam for the reasons stated in the petition. The petition is not opposed and accordingly it is allowed and O.S.No.3/2012 pending before the Additional District Court, North Paravur shall stand transferred to First Additional District Court, Ernakulam.
