This is a petition for direction to the Munsiff's Court, Varkala to take up I.A.No.3236 of 2014 in O.S.No.510 of 2014 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
2. According to the petitioner, the suit is one for prohibitory injunction to restrain the defendants from removing the petitioner from the office of the treasurer of the first respondent Karayogam until the next election. The petitioner was elected as the Treasurer of the Karayogam and he is entitled to continue as such. Along with the suit, he has filed I.A.No.3236 of 2014 seeking an interim relief of temporary injunction restraining the defendants from removing him from the office of treasurer of the 1st respondent Karayogam and such other reliefs. Complaining that I.A. has not been taken up till now, this petition has O.P.(C). No.2949 of 2014 been filed.

3. This Court is given to understand that since Munsiff, Varkala is on leave, Munsiff, Attingal has been put in charge and that the petitioner's matter is posted to 6.1.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that there will be a sitting on 20.12.2014 and that petitioner's matter may be directed to be taken up on that date.
Hence, this O.P.(C) is disposed of directing that the Officer-in-charge of Munsiff, Varkala to take up I.A.No.3236 of 2014 in O.S.No.510 of 2014 on 20.12.2014 if possible and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. If it is not possible to take up the matter on that day, the matter may be posted immediately after X' mas holidays.
