Petitioner is the registered owner of a Swaraj Mazda Prestige Bus bearing registration number KL-20-F-4969. Against Ext.P6 order of the 3rd respondent canceling the registration certificate of the vehicle and directing the petitioner to remit differential tax in respect of two seats with effect from 12/08/2013, petitioner preferred Ext.P11 appeal before the 2nd respondent. Petitioner is aggrieved by the undue delay on the part of the 2nd respondent in considering and passing orders on the appeal. 2. Heard the learned Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents.
3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P11 appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
