The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed for a suitable direction to the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Jalaun to decide the Misc. Application dated 16.7.2019 and 2.8.2019 filed Case No.96 of 2019, under Section 354(a) I.P.C. and 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Rampura, District Jalaun, pending in the Court of learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Jalaun, within stipulated period.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Jalaun to consider and decide the Misc. Application dated 16.7.2019 and 2.8.2019 filed Case No.96 of 2019, under Section 354(a) I.P.C. and 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Rampura, District Jalaun, pending in the Court of learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Jalaun, most expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order, before concerned court below, in accordance with law, after hearing the concerned parties, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, in case the proceedings of the aforesaid case, is not stayed by any Court.
