Heard Sri Hare Krishna Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A.R. Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of case crime no. 62 of 2019 under section 366 I.P.C., police station Chaubepur, District Kanpur Nagar.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the petitioner is the first informant of the abovementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the abovementioned case, the same may be raised before the S.S.P. Kanpur Nagar, who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the abovementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the S.S.P., Kanpur Nagar shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay and police report be submitted before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
Investigating Officer is also directed to make all the efforts to recover the victim within the aforesaid period.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
