Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J.
Heard Sri Ajeet Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Prashant Pratap Rao, learned counsel for the complainant and Sri I.P. Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the husband of the deceased and all the witnesses of fact have turned hostile. The applicant is in jail since 3.2.2016.
