The instructions supplied today by learned Standing Counsel records that the date of minutes of meeting of the Police Establishment Board in the matter of transfer has wrongly been recorded in the transfer order dated 15.5.2018 which is being challenged in the present writ petition.
A corrigendum for making correction in the order dated 15.5.2018 has been issued on 16.5.2018 itself.
A copy of the corrigendum has been brought on record.
In view thereof, this Court does not find any merit in the writ petition so as to interfere in the transfer order.
Dismissed as such.
