Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Since only a show cause notice is challenged and the Court expressed its disinclination to interfere with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for directions being framed for conclusion of the proceedings which have been so initiated with expedition.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the contesting respondents states that subject to verification of all facts and contention on merits being left open, all endeavour shall be made to conclude the pending proceedings with expedition and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The petition consequently stands disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
