The present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 4.6.2015 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khurja, Bulandshahar as well as entire proceedings in Case No. 1019 of 2013, Case Crime No. 68 of 2013, under sections 498-A, 506 IPC, P.S.- Khurja Nagar, District- Bulandshahar, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khurja Bulandshahar.
Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that in connected Application U/S 482 No. 37637 of 2013, this Court vide order dated 31.01.2019 has quashed the entire criminal proceedings, therefore, in the light of order dated 31.01.2019, the present application is become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
