Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report registered as Case Crime No.973 of 2019, under Section 364-A IPC, P.S. Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad.
FIR discloses an offence of abduction.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the victim has been recovered.
If that is so, then the petitioners must file a petition only after annexing copy of the statement of the victim.
The petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to file a fresh petition by annexing copy of the statement of the victim.
