Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is covered by the adjudication made in Writ Petition No.2813 of 2017 (Ran Vijay Singh and 34 Others Vs. Union of India and 6 Others), decided on 16.04.2018.
Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
In view of the aforesaid facts, this petition also stands disposed of on the same terms.
