Court No. - 6
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 24968 of 2018 Petitioner :- Ajeet Kumar Respondent :- Union Of India And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Jata Shankar Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- A.S.G.I.
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Gyan Prakash, who appears for the Union - respondents.
This petition has been preferred for a declaration that the petitioner be treated as being selected and to be sent for training, consequently.
Undisputedly, the results were declared as far back as in 2011. This Court, however, had entertained a writ petition on behalf of 55 candidates and the said petition was disposed of on 20th August, 2018. The petitioner was not a party to the said writ proceedings. As is further evident from the operative directions issued by the writ Court, no general directions have been issued.
Consequently, this Court finds no ground to entertain the writ petition in respect of a selection which was held in 2011. The writ petition is, consequently, dismissed.
