Sri R N Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms Sanyukta Singh, learned counsel for the State appeared through video conferencing.
Counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that final report has been submitted in the present case and, if the petitioners have any grievance, they have to approach the concerned Magistrate by filing appropriate protest petition.
Petition is, accordingly, disposed of, permitting the petitioners to avail the remedy available to them under the law.
The party shall file a computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self-attested by the petitioners, along with a self-attested identify proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card).
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
