Learned AGA may seek instructions in the matter and will inform the Court by means of filing a counter affidavit, elaborating there in, as to whether the jail concerned, in which the petitioner has been transferred, have the facility of video conferencing or not.
Learned AGA may filed his counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within three weeks thereafter.
