JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the charge-sheet no. 236 of 2019, dated 20.8.2019 in Case Crime No. 263 of 2019, State Vs. Ajeet @ Bachchu, under Sections 323, 354, 504, 506 IPC, and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, P.S. Jasrana, District Firozabad.
No case for quashing of the FIR in question and the charge-sheet is made out.
Considering the fact that no case is made out, the applicant may apply for bail. If the applicant appears before the court below and applies for bail, the same shall be considered expeditiously, in accordance with law.
The application is disposed off.
