Before approaching this Court, the petitioner submitted a representation to the District Magistrate, Bijnor for removing the alleged encroachment from peaceful land.
Having considered this fact, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition by directing District Magistrate, Bijnor to look into the issue concerned and further to take necessary steps for removal of encroachment, if necessary. The entire issue is required to be considered and decided by the concerned Collector within a period of three months from today.
