1. Mr.Prabhav A. Mehta, learned advocate for the petitioners, has stated that by order dated 10.02.2012, this Court has granted status-quo in respect of entries in question after bi-parte hearing. However, in spite of the fact that the order of the Court was communicated to all the respondents, including the Circle Officer by written communication dated 13.02.2012 and Mamlatdar and Deputy Collector by written communication dated 16.02.2012 of the petitioners, the Circle Officer has certified the disputed entry on 24.03.2012, thereby, committing breach of the order of status-quo granted on 10.02.2012. It is further submitted that Entry No.6627 of Village Form No.6 dated 14.03.2012 makes it clear that the Circle Officer was very much aware of the status-quo order passed by the High Court and has even mentioned it while certifying the entry, which amounts to flouting the said order deliberately and intentionally. It is submitted that in spite of being aware of the order of the High Court, the entry has been certified.
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader may take appropriate instructions and report to this Court on 09.05.2012. The Circle Officer (newly added respondent No.8) be directed to remain present on that date.
3. The status-quo order granted earlier, shall continue till then.
