The issue raised in this writ petition stands covered against the petitioner by the decision of a Division Bench of this Court in Siraj v. Regional Transport Officer [2007 (3) KLT 929]. Although it is pointed out by counsel for the petitioner that C.A.No.878 of 2010 and connected cases are pending before the Supreme Court, it is submitted that there are no interim orders staying the operation of the Division Bench judgment of this Court. Accordingly, following the judgment of this Court in Siraj v. Regional Transport Officer and others [2007 (3) KLT 929], this writ petition is dismissed.
