Petitioner approaches this Court challenging proceedings before the District Collector to cancel mutation affected in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property situated in Sy.No.40/1/1 of Pathanamthitta Village. Petitioner submits that there is a concluded decree between the petitioner and the party respondent and by the above decree the property has now been declared in petitioner's ownership and possession. Petitioner submits that, in spite of the above decree, the District Collector has not passed any order in this matter. 2. It is seen from Ext.P6 notice that a hearing was scheduled on 14.11.2014. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the District Collector, to conclude the proceedings based on Ext.P6, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this -2-
W.P.(C). No. 31650 of 2014 judgment, after hearing the petitioner and the party respondent, after adverting the materials produced by the petitioner and the party respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
