The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that an order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28212 of 2011, dated 24.9.2012, has been complied with. In this regard the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Tiruthani, issued a proceedings in Na.ka.No.1306/2017/A2, dated 10.11.2017.

2.Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
