This petition has been filed with the prayer to allow this application and direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gyanpur, Bhadohi to conclude the complaint case No. 653 of 2017 under Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S.- Bhadohi, District- Bhadohi within stipulated period.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, as this Court is not aware of the schedule/ docket of the trial Court concerned, it is expected that the trial Court will make all endevour to decide the each case early.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed off with a direction to the trial Court, to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, following the provisions of 143(3) of N.I. Act.
