Heard learned counsel for the parties.
With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
The sole submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the respondent no.2 the Block Development Officer to provide the documents/records of Gram Panchayat Jalalpur, Block Bilariaganj, District Azamgarh for which the petitioner has already approached the respondent no.2 by means of an application no. 23.8.2018 (Annexure 3 to the writ petition).
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 the Block Development Officer, Block Bilariaganj, District Azamgarh to decide the petitioner's application dated 23.8.2018 in accordance with law positively within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
