Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the court below to decide SCC Suit No. 23 of 2018, Ajay Singh Vs. Sanjeev Agrawal pending in the court of the District Judge, Varanasi as early as possible, within a specified period.
Matter is of the year 2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Judge, Varanasi to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid suit and decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible provided there is no other legal impediment and provided that the functioning of the Court is not affected due to COVID-19 Pandemic.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, present petition is finally disposed of.
