The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 1110/2014, within a time stipulated by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioner and is pending since the year 2014. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is being posted for ex-parte hearing since last several dates, but the trial Court is not proceeding to hear the matter.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, provided there is no legal impediment.
