Learned counsel for the parties do not dispute that controversy raised in the present writ petition stands answered by a judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.47490 of 2017 (Km. Pallavi Vs. State of U.P. and others), decided on 12.12.2017.
For the reasons recorded in the aforesaid order, this writ petition also stands disposed of. It is, however, provided that in case there is any vacancy in the category concerned, it shall be open for the petitioners to make an application and their claim will also be considered in light of the law laid down by this Court in Writ petition No. 47490 of 2017 (Km. Pallavi Vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others) and keeping in view the merit of other available candidates.
