Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the non-bailable warrant dated 25.11.2019 issued by A.C.J.M. 1st, Firozabad in case no. 2925 of 2015, arising out of case crime no. 100 of 2014, under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 494 IPC, P.S. Mahila thana, District Firozabad.
In appears that in this matter applicant was on interim bail and did not appear on the date fixed in the matter. An exemption application was moved, which was rejected by the Court concerned and non-bailable warrant was issued.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, in my view, order issuing non-bailable warrant cannot be termed to be illegal. Prayer made in application is refused. Application being devoid of merits is liable to be dismissed and same is accordingly dismissed.
