JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
Written submissions filed by S.M.Royekwar, learned counsel for the petitioner and by Dr. L.P. Mishra on behalf of the Elders' Committee are taken on record.
Application for impleadment/intervener filed by Shri Brij Raj Singh, Advocate is taken on record. Put up for orders, when the case is next listed.
Mr. A.M. Tripathi, Mr. H.G.S. Parihar, Shri R.C. Saxenna and erstwhile Treasurer of the Oudh Bar Association have concluded their arguments. However, there are other parties to the writ petition, who have yet to advance their arguments. Accordingly put up on 18.02.2014 at 2.00 p.m. During the course of the arguments, number of Advocates started disrupting the proceedings of the Court and submitted that they should also be given an opportunity of audience, when the case is next listed.
In these circumstances we direct that the members of the Oudh Bar Association who are willing to make submission before the Court, they shall furnish their names to the Joint Registrar (Listing) mentioning therein the enrollment number and membership number issued by the Oudh Bar Association latest by 17.02.2014 upto 4.00 p.m. The Joint Registrar (Listing) shall submit the details so submitted to the Court when the case is next listed.
In case this Bench is not available on 18.02.2014 after lunch recess, the Joint Registrar (Listing) shall obtain necessary orders from Hon'ble the Chief Justice/Hon'ble the Senior Judge.
