The petitioner, who is insured person, for not providing the basic amenities and life saving medicines, has preferred the instant writ petition.

It is submitted that Life, medical and health are constitutional right of a person and the State Government under the Act is obliged to provide the same to the insured persons.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to the opposite parties to provide all life saving medicines as prescribed by the treating doctor from time to time for treatment of the petitioner.
