The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the proceeding of Case No. 22 of 2017 (Ajay Pal and other vs. State of U.P. and others) filed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in compliace of the order dated 30.11.2017 passed by the Sub-divisional Magistrate, Dadari District Gautam Budh Nagar be concluded expeditiously. The further prayer of the petitioners is that the respresentation dated 15.1.2018 as well as 6.4.2018 be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the order dated 30.11.2017 shall be complied with expeditiously and the representation dated 15.1.2018 as well as 6.4.2018 shall be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
