JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Shyam Shankar Tiwari,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
As prayed three weeks time is allowed to file counter affidavit.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by initial notice/order dated 17.7.2002 the petitioner was required to deposit only Rs.50,000/- and by order dated 15.6.2010 the petitioner has been directed to deposit Rs.1,19,700/- in pursuance which the citation has been issued by Tahsildar.
Subject to deposit of Rs.50000/- by the petitioner within three months from today, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in pursuance of the citation dated 30.11.2010.
