Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the Suit No. 24 of 2016-17 (Ajay Kumar and others vs. Charan Singh and others) under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the first respondent, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Shikohabad, Firozabad Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application before the first respondent, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Shikohabad, Firozabad. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided by the first respondent, expeditiously.
