Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following among other relief:-
"1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent No. 2 to supervise over the Tahsil authorities in respect of measurement and giving possession to the petitioner over land having Arazi No. 52, bearing area 0.1260 hectare situated in village-Naugaon, District Mirzapur."
The petitioner is aggrieved and seeks demarcation of the plot No. 52.
In case, the petitioner is serious about the demarcation of his plot, He may institute proper proceedings under Section 24 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 seeking demarcation.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
