This writ petition is directed against a notice issued by the District Commandant, Home Guards, Bulandshahar, dated 19.10.2019; whereby petitioner has been called upon to submit his reply as to why his services be not discontinued. Submission is that though reply has been submitted but no final decision has been taken and the petitioner continues to remain under suspension.
Learned Standing Counsel states that an appropriate final decision will be taken, in accordance with law.
In the facts of the present case, petitioner is permitted to represent respondent no. 2, annexing therewith his reply sent earlier in respect of the show cause notice, alongwith a copy of this order. The concerned respondent shall examine petitioner's reply to the show cause notice and would pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, within a further period of six weeks, thereafter.
The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
