Ajay Kumar vs State Of U P And Others

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|23 September, 2021
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 34
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 12641 of 2021 Petitioner :- Ajay Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vikash Chandra Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Awadhesh Kumar Saxena
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Awadhesh Kumar Saxena, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation.
Admittedly there exists no privity of contract between the petitioner and the Corporation. The petitioner was working as a Mechanic and his services had been taken on through an outsourcing contractor. In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds no ground to entertain this petition or to interfere with the order impugned. The Court fails to recognise any right inhering in the petitioner to command the respondents to engage him as a Mechanic.
Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
