JUDGMENT / ORDER

Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, representation of the petitioner has been decided by the District Magistrate, Gonda by means of an order dated 08.11.2014. A copy of the same has been produced by the learned Standing Counsel today, which is taken on record.
Accordingly, since the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with, the instant contempt petition is hereby dismissed.
Notice issued, if any, earlier shall stand discharged.
