The suit is of the year 2017. The defendants have not appeared and the Court has been waiting for the service of summons on the defendants.
Under such circumstances, the petitioner-plaintiff may move an application for serving the defendants by substituted service and, thereafter, the Suit No. 1219 of 2017 itself may proceed in accordance with law. Adjournment shall be granted only under very pressing circumstances and that too after imposing heavy costs on the party seeking adjournment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
