JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 34
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 7441 of 2002 Petitioner :- Ajay Kumar Singh Respondent :- District Inspector of Schools, Mau & Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Prakash Padia, V.K. Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,A.K. Singh,A.P.Pandey,S. Singh,S.N. Singh
Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J.
1. Called in revise. None appeared on behalf of petitioner.
2. By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:
"(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 5.1.2002 passed by respondent no. 3 (Annexure No. 12).
(ii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 16.9.2000 passed by respondent no. 1 (Annexure No. 8); copy of which was for the first time given to the petitioner by the Principal of the institution in question vide letter dated 5.1.2002.
(iii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the letter/ order dated 22.12.2001 issued by respondent no. 3 (Annexure No. 11).
(iv) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the matter of the petitioner afresh.
(v) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner month by month, as and when it falls due, along with the arrears of salary from the date of his joining the institution in question.
(vi) a writ, order or direction, including a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 6.2.2003 passed by the District Inspector of Schools respondent no. 1 (Annexure-13 to the writ petition)."
3. However, I have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioner is not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting reliefs, as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or that petitioner has lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and, probably for this reason, none is interested to have decided this matter on merits and that is why, counsel for petitioner is absent.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
