It has been informed that an application for impleadment dated 16.12.2013 has been moved by the learned counsel for applicant Sri Anoop Kumar Mishra, on behalf of Sri Sunil Kumar Shukla, who is said to be the new allottee of the fair price shop in question, is not on record.
The office is directed to trace the aforesaid application for impleadment and place the same on record.
List this matter in the next cause list alongwith record of Writ Petition No. 4962 (MS) of 2008.
As the counter affidavit and supplementary counter affidavit have already been filed by the learned Standing counsel, therefore, the learned Standing counsel is not required to produce the record on the next dates of hearing unless specifically called for.
