This writ petition has been taken out of turn upon a mention made by Sri R.D. Yadav appearing for respondent no.6.
An application for abatement of writ petition has been filed, on the ground that sole petitioner has died on 16.5.2018. Application for abatement has been served upon the counsel for the petitioner, and no counter affidavit has been filed so far. None otherwise appears for the petitioner when the matter is taken up as a mentioned case.
Learned counsel for the respondent has also produced attendance register, in which there is an endorsement in front of petitioner's name that he has died on 16.5.2018.
In that view of the matter, writ petition abates and is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
Application for abatement No. 4 Of 2018, accordingly, is allowed.
