This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant seeking the quashing of impugned charge sheet dated 16.9.2018, summoning order dated 20.06.2019 and entire criminal proceedings in Case No.577/IX/19 (State vs. Ajay Kumar Patel), arising out of Case Crime No.427 of 2018, u/s 419, 420 I.P.C., P.S.-Karvi Kotwali, District-Chitrakoot, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot.
Heard Shri Virendra Jaiswal, Advocate holding brief of learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and also perused the record.
The legitimacy of the submission of charge sheet has been challenged by way of this application but the relevant material collected through investigation has not been annexed along this this application. This court is not in a position to adjudicate upon the validity of the charge sheet in such circumstances. The application stands dismissed for reasons of latches.
