The petitioner, who is defendant in Original Suit No. 437/2011, has filed the instant petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit within a time stipulated by this Court.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the issues were framed in the suit on 4.10.2017, and on the same date, issues relating to payment of court fee and valuation were decided. Since thereafter, dates are being fixed for recording of evidence.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
